Responsibility
printandwork is not directly responsible for damage or loss, deriving from the sale of goods and services offered in the catalog published on the site, even for delayed delivery of the product, nor for the total correspondence of the goods to the specifications published on the site, nor for any other fact not directly attributable to the printandwork itself.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipments, unless otherwise agreed, will be made by carriers defined by printandwork or its delegate. In any case, the goods that travel are insured. In case of theft/loss, printandwork undertakes to act as an intermediary with the insurance and anticipate a new identical product or, if the same should be unavailable and/or out of stock, a different product, but with equivalent or superior characteristics.
In the hypothesis that the carrier is in charge of any title by the Customer, printandwork will not be responsible for the loss and/or damage of the product from the moment of delivery of the goods to the carrier at its warehouses.
The delivery time is 24h (in 85% of Italian locations, 48h in the remaining locations) from the date of order fulfillment, the same may be subject to variations due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and road conditions in general. or by act of the Authorities.
Delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, will take place during office hours:from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:30, every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday . Upon arrival of the goods, we recommend that you always check that:
- the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the accompanying document;
- the packaging seals that printandwork affixes to each package are intact and the packaging has not undergone any tampering;
- the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or otherwise altered;
- the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, as well as the loss or any damage, must be immediately reported to the carrier also through the non-acceptance (or acceptance subject to verification shown on the waybill) of the goods and promptly reported to our Commercial indicating the details of the order.
