Rights of the UserTo exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a communication to this effect to Printandwork, within the terms indicated, to the following email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the event of withdrawal, the Customer must return the products to Printandwork at his own expense within 14 (fourteen) days of said withdrawal, to the following address:
Sap Group - Via Capri, 6 - 80026 - Casoria NA Italy.
The goods must be returned intact, complete with all its parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and packages) in compliance with the following conditions:
- the right of withdrawal may apply to the product purchased in its entirety; in fact it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product;
- for the withdrawal to be possible, the product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment:labels, seals, etc ...);
- the shipping costs (and any customs fees, if any) for the return of the goods will be the sole responsibility of the Customer;
- the shipment, up to the certificate of receipt in the warehouse indicated by Printandwork, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
- in case of damage to the goods during transport, Printandwork will notify the Customer, to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain the relative reimbursement; the product will then be made available to the customer, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;
Printandwork will not be liable in any way for damage, theft, loss occurring during or in any case depending on the return shipment.
Printandwork will reimburse the Customer the full amount already paid, net of the shipping costs incurred and any customs fees paid for the import, within 14 (fourteen) days of withdrawal, by means of a reversal of the amount charged, using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. In any case, the Customer will not incur any costs as a consequence of this refund. If the purchase was made using a discount code, the amount of the discount will not be refunded. The refund will be related only to the amount actually spent. Furthermore, Printandwork may suspend the refund until the returned product is received or until the Customer proves that he has correctly returned the product, whichever is earlier.
In any case, the Customer will lose the right of withdrawal in cases where Printandwork ascertains that:
- the returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact;
- the product is missing its external packaging and/or its original internal packaging;
- the product is missing its integral elements and/or accessories.
- In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Printandwork will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender and, if already reimbursed, the price of the product.
Returned for afterthought
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or a replacement of the purchased item with another item.
In order to access the return procedure, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, with the original packaging perfectly intact.
To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be refunded.
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately promotional items cannot be refunded.
Shipping costs are not subject to reimbursement.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the acceptance or rejection of the refund request and, if successful, we will agree on the refund procedures.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. For replacement with the same item, please send us an email to email@example.com. After our confirmation you can send the item to be replaced to:Sap Group - Via Capri, 6 - 80013 Casoria NA - Italy.

The shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. In case of loss or non-delivery of the returned item by the courier we will not proceed with the refund.
